How long does it take to get a quote?
Quotes are typically sent within 24–48 hours. We'll email you a curated product list along with the total price for your box.
How does payment work?
Nothing is charged when you submit your request. Once you approve your quote, we'll send payment details by email and start preparing your box.
Can I change my box after receiving the quote?
Of course. Just reply to your quote email with any swaps or adjustments, and we'll send you an updated price before you pay.
What about shipping and returns?
Custom boxes ship within South Africa. Returns follow our standard Shipping and Refund Policies, which you can find at the bottom of every page.
